Founder & CEO
Swastik is a former Director at Deutsche Bank where he ran a multi-billion EUR global trading book on multi-asset products and a proprietary portfolio with peak assets of EUR 150m. He has a decade of trading experience in equities, ETFs, fixed income, and currencies and is experienced in regulatory resolution of complex banking issues.
Swastik is an IIM-Ahmedabad graduate and chairs the IIM-A Alumni London Chapter.
Co-Founder & President
Before Winvesta, Prateek worked with Deutsche Bank for over a decade, where he ran the global energy trading book. At Deutsche, he built several new businesses and revenue streams, spearheading complex projects with technological and regulatory challenges.
Prateek is an IIM Ahmedabad graduate and has a Bachelors in Computer Science from IIT Kanpur.
Head of Operations
Sudershan has advised multiple startups to scale business and operations. He was a member of the investment team at EQ India Advisors and spearheaded investments in portfolio firms.
Sudershan has over 15 years of finance and investment experience. He is an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
Bahram is a Founding Partner of AZB & Partners, one of India’s leading Law firms. Bahram is one of India’s most celebrated lawyers and has worked closely with the government and regulators in crafting numerous policies
Rama is India’s most respected thought leader on market strategy and India’s consumer economy. She has served as an independent director on the boards of Axis Bank, CRISIL, NPCI, ICICI Bank, RBL Bank, Nestle and Infosys amongst others.

Namrata has over 30 years of experience in banking and finance industry. She has held several leadership positions in India and UK. She was a member of Deutsche Bank’s India board and a founder member of the banks Diversity Council.
Joe is a financial markets and regulatory partner at Reed Smith’s Financial Industry Group, with extensive experience across industry asset classes and infrastructure. Prior to Reed Smith, Joe spent 18 years at Deutsche Bank where he was co-General Counsel for the Global Markets division.
Ravi is a former MD at JP Morgan. In his last role he led the Global NRI Wealth practice in London. He has vast experience in Alternative Investments in a career spanning over 25 years in stints across Morgan Stanley, Barclays and JP Morgan.
André has over 20 years of experience working in fintech start-ups, scale-ups, SMEs and tier 1 investment banks. He was CTO and co-founder of Freetrade, the UK’s first zero-commission stock broker and subsequently went on to head up the Wealth & Trading business at Revolut, one of Europe’s most valuable fintech unicorns.
